The co.’s Continuous Motion Axiom® DL case/tray packers use direct product loading to place products onto a case or tray blank at speeds to up to 55 cases-blanks/min. Electronic motion controls help ensure repeatable changeovers, and the patented Smartrak® Steady Stream Infeed is engineered to eliminate product bridging and remove the gaps that compromise pack pattern accuracy and continuous product flow. The packer uses patented Slipstream™ pinless metering for stable product metering without the use of traditional metering pins, and an electronic handwheel provides effortless hand cycling when needing to view the entire machine function in slow motion.
