Leibinger USA announces the availability of its new enhanced Jet 3 small character ink jet printer. Common applications include: food, pharmaceutical, and medical packaging. The Jet 3 line can be also utilized for marking cables, electro mechanical components and any product that needs to be coded. The company says the system’s new features include an automatic nozzle seal that closes airtight to prevent from ink drying in the print head even after a long term shut down of the unit. The unit is said to be intuitive to operate, with its interface that uses Windows CE Technology and a 10.4 color TFT touch display. The large keys and availability of multiple languages allow it to be integrated into any system that is in place, according to the company.
