The co.'s Pentaprint® line of shrink-label films has been extended to include Pentaprint E749/22, a high-shrink polyester film with multiple shrink characteristics for virtually all full-body shrink-sleeve label applications, in particular highly contoured containers. Combining 75-percent shrink with little to no machine-direction shrinkage, the film also provides excellent gauge control, layflat properties, ink adhesion and seaming ability, the co. says. Pentaprint films are suitable for flexo-and gravure-printing processes. High-performance surface characteristics further enhance printability and allow a range of graphic schemes to be used, the co. says.
