Spiral conveyors

High-capacity spiral conveyors can start and stop fully loaded and handle double the total weight compared to the co.'s regular spirals. Load capacity is 75 lb/linear ft of conveyor that reaches speeds up to 200 fpm. The angle of incline ranges between 9 and 11 deg to prevent sliding or tumbling of loads during operation. Only one drive motor is needed, simplifying controls and systems integration. The low-friction design is said to facilitate high speed. Has low noise, smooth operation and a long life.
