The new Versa Warehouse in-line scale control was designed for demanding distribution warehouse environments. It can weigh each package-corrugated cases, padded mailers, envelopes, totes and more-100+ times as it travels across the scale. This delivers accurate weight data for packages up to 110 lbs without compromising line speeds, which exceed 500 feet/min. The new software uses specific algorithms for variable package dimensions and weight. This increases accuracy when weighing packages with variable attributes. A built-in oscilloscope (with waveforms displayed on the control panel) simplifies calibration because the operator can see a visual representation of the weight. A color touchscreen with a user-friendly interface makes it easy to set-up and modify performance variables. Offered on the entire line of scales branded under the Thermo Scientific name, the new control can also be retrofitted onto units already in the field.
