Romaco Group’s Noack N 921 blister packaging machine is a fully automatic unit, less than four meters in length, that utilizes the latest servo technology. The roller sealing machine features a packaging output of 500 blisters per minute. Its balcony design and servo drive increase product safety and harmonize all mechanical movements, says the company. This is said to result in precision production processes, and at the same time low life-cycle costs. The patented QuickFeed feeding unit with the company’s airpillow alignment system enables product change in a minute. The system is manually removed for cleaning, allowing production to continue directly with a second pre-equipped unit. The quick and tool-less change of format parts is a great advantage, particularly when frequent product changeovers occur, according to Romaco Group.
