The new Versa RxV checkweigher combines code printing and verification with checkweighing to offer a cost-effective way to integrate track-and-trace capabilities into production lines. The all-in-one system operates at high speeds (up to 550 bottles/cartons per minute). By combining the key elements of serialization-marking and verification (alpha-numeric and machine readable)-into the checkweigher, companies save both cost and space. Users select their preferred code printer and vision system, which are then added to the checkweigher frame. All control functions are incorporated into one screen for easy operation.
