The RIL 300 Rod Inserter and Labeler, a high-speed, integrated system inserts plunger rods into syringes after filling and precisely applies labels. Able to handle up to 300 syringes/min., the RIL 300 ensures the product is kept sterile in the rod inserting process.
A Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant machine, the RIL 300 features the company's advanced segmentation wheel, which allows a continuous flow of syringes for high production capacity. It can handle syringes in a range of format sizes from 0.5 - 20 mL, with a maximum length of 150 mm. To ensure quality, the RIL 300 features a number of controls, including checks on proper rod placement and tip-cap presence.
