A new weigh cell for use in vial- and syringe-filling applications and other instances where customized inspection is required offers benefits including small size and modular design.

The latest iteration of Wipotec Weighing Technology’s Modular Multilane System, the MMS 2, is half the size of its predecessor, allowing for side-by-side layouts and eliminating the need for an additional cabinet. It also features a plug-in-and-out design. It can be used with a variety of weigh cell types (SL-M-FS, SW-M-FS, and SX-M-FS series) as well as combined with Wipotec’s Active Vibration Compensation technology to mitigate for the effects of surrounding vibrations or interference.

The MMS 2 is IP65 rated, ensuring protection against ingress of dust and water, and features electro-magnetic force restoration technology to guarantee precise weighing.
