Top-load cartoner

With its modular design, the adaptable TLC Top Load Cartoning System can be expanded as needed to meet future production needs. Suitable for a variety of markets (including pharmaceutical, healthcare and dry foods), the TLC system offers multiple carton-loading modules, including robotics, as well as carton-closing options. The same module opens either auto lock-style cartons or forms a carton from a blank, providing versatility as well as cost savings. The compact servo-motion system performs fast and accurate tool-less changeovers and features an ergonomically designed carton magazine. The TLC cartoner meets governmental and international standards, within cGMP guidelines, and the company offers validation assistance at no extra cost.
