Allisa Song is balancing medical school and being the CEO of Nanodropper, a startup that has developed a volume-reducing adaptor for eyedrop bottles. Song along with Mackenzie Andrews, Jennifer Steger, and Elias Baker founded Nanodropper in 2018 and launched the company in June 2020.
Song, who is in her fourth year as a Mayo Clinic medical student, discusses what it’s like to get a product on the market and what programs entrepreneurs can take advantage of to obtain funding for ideas.
