Aiming for higher levels of convenience, productivity and versatility, the co. introduces the IV9-Dot printhead for its Ij3000 integrated-valve large-character ink-jet system. Standard features reportedly include an environmentally sealed printhead, a robust metal housing overall, an LED ink-pressure display, an electronic dot-size setting, printhead purging via the keypad and backwards compatibility with existing Ij3000 and Series 1 printheads.
