VFFS baggers

The X-Series vertical form/fill/seal baggers are now USDA and 3A-sanitation certified (Standard Number 27-06) for six models (intermittent- and continuous-motion) in the line—including the forming tubes. Features of the 3A systems include electropolished stainless steel, ground welds and laser sealed die-filled film roller. The control box (sloped for easy product runoff) comes in Nema 4X finishes and all electrical components have an IP65 rating. The X-Series also boasts benefits of ultrasonic sealing, such as from 50 to 80 percent narrower seals (vs heat), reduced energy due to even temperature distribution and fast cycle times (sealing times between 80 and 200 milliseconds). Models can produce different bag formats, such as pillow, gusset, flat-bottom and 4-corner. These VFFS machines are suitable for a variety of food applications, including dry products like cereal and coffee, as well as fresh or frozen items like produce and IQF.
