Tejava teaCrystal Geyser Water Company's Tejava Premium Iced Tea will be available in a proprietary 18-oz PET bottle. The stunning new bottle features a unique package design incorporating a hand-sculpted, tea leaf motif with three-dimensional qualities, giving the impression that the bottle is wrapped in tea leaves. Distribution of the new bottle, which is the tea brand's entry into plastic packaging, begins in May.

"Iced tea is an iconic American tradition and Tejava's new proprietary PET bottle will set a new packaging standard in the RTD tea category," says Doug MacLean , CEO of Crystal Geyser Water. "We are confident that this revolutionary new design will engage consumers like none previously. The lifelike tea leaf design allows people to feel the tea leaves on the outside of the bottle, which echo the origins of our pure black tea. Tejava is simply pure brewed tea. Nothing added, or needed."

Tejava is the world's only 100 percent all natural, microbrewed, ready-to-drink (RTD) iced black tea made entirely from handpicked tea leaves from the island of Java. Tejava has won back-to-back, 2011 and 2012, recognition as the North American Tea Champion in the Unsweetened Black Iced Tea category. Current product sizes include 1-L glass bottles and 4-packs of 12oz glass bottles.

Tejava is available throughout the West and nationally at Trader Joe's and Cost Plus World Market. It is also available at select natural foods stores across the country. For more information, visit www.tejava.com.
